Nestled in the countryside near Rocky Hill, this brand new addition to our 1770 Farmhouse is 14 mins from downtown Princeton. The spacious 400 sq' studio features a full kitchen and bathroom, 65" tv with apple tv, hardwood floors throughout, and a handmade walnut king-sized bed. You have your own driveway with enough parking for 2-3 cars, your own entrance and dedicated laundry. Interaction with hosts in minimal as we have our own driveway and a separate entrance. We are 2 miles walk, run or drive from the Delaware and Raritan Canal towpath.

We also provide basic amenities that allow you to check in and be comfortable. We also have a level 2 EV charger which can be used for a fee.

Beautiful, spacious place to rest and recoup while seeing friends and family in the area. I really appreciated the comfortable big bed, high ceilings, kitchen space, and hardwood floors. The studio is full of light, and the views of the meadow and the colorful fall trees were wonderful. The apartment was very thoughtfully designed and constructed to be beautiful and functional. We made good use of the washer and drier; and we enjoyed the complete privacy of this unique place. Awesome location for us to see people in Princeton and surrounding area. And Tobias is a great communicator and host. Highly recommend!
