This newly remodeled, beautiful vacation home(sleeps 8) is a short walk to the beach and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach! Beautiful inside and out, the furniture and beds are high quality with Smart TV's in each room. King beds in all 3 rooms. Sofa Sleeper Queen bed W/upgraded mattress sleeps 2 in living room. Large kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Spacious area , full kitchen and BBQ. This home is located on a spacious 10,000 sq ft. lot. Our home has a fully fenced private backyard, removable Pool safety fence, Heated salt water pool, Tiki Hut & Bar all add to your tropical day! We have cruiser bikes, 2 razor scooters w/helmets and the bike trail to the beach is in front of our house! Home is located 1 mile from Port Canaveral, 2 miles from the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Fine shops, bars and restaurants are close by too. Local attractions include, miniature golf, great food and music. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee per pet.

We LOVED the yellow beach house. It was a very easy 10 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was heated with a very nice backyard space to relax in. The house has everything your family needs for the beach and your stay, nothing was lacking. Sondra was very responsive. We felt right at home in this comfy house (comfy beds and comfy couch). We highly recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful, clean, and has practically everything you could need for a family vacation in the area. The pool and backyard areas are GORGEOUS! The owner was easy to communicate with and we were able to easily find all the information we need.

Great family getaway!!

We had our family (2 adults and 4 kids) stay a few days and it was wonderful! The kids had a blast and were never bored. There is also tons nearby to do if you want to explore. Great place that we will definitely try to stay at again!

Great location, didn’t have to go far for anything we wanted or needed, even our day trip to Orlando! Plenty of space for the six of us! Beds large enough for teenage siblings to share! We fell in love with the Yellow Beach House. It’s beautifully decorated and had so many fun amenities, from the pool to beach toys to bicycles to the tiki bar. And it was stocked with everything we needed for a fun family vacation. The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. Absolutely wonderful home!

This home is like having your very own private resort! Comfortable beds and furniture, great fence for complete privacy, pool area is so inviting with countless options for seating and the pool is just wonderful! We used the bikes a lot and even walked to the beach almost daily. We felt very safe in this town. The wild peacocks and all the rocket launches were a bonus! Great restaurants nearby! We will definitely stay at this home again!
