This property is incredibly beautiful!! My number one requirement is cleanliness for any Vrbo and this house was maybe the cleanest I have stayed in. We were visiting family at SMU and it is about 15-20 minutes away from the campus... It is in a brand new development, right outside of downtown , so it does have a city downtown feel but we did feel safe. The house looks exactly like the photos!

Great Stay

Our trip to Dallas was quick and hectic but enjoyed having a great place to spend our evenings. Parking was easy and access to cross town highways made travel easy. Nice skyline views from bedroom. We felt at home as soon as we arrived when the virtual fireplace greeted us. Tanner was wonderful and responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend his Western Chic Retreat.

A must stay!

We had an amazing stay at this Vacation by Owner property in Dallas! The home was immaculate and the perfect size for my family of four. The two master suites—with their spacious bathrooms—were a total win, especially for the three women I was traveling with. Every TV in the house worked perfectly, and the kitchen was beautifully equipped for everything we needed. Tanner, the owner, was fantastic to work with—responsive, friendly, and professional. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, and close to downtown

Tanner was an excellent host. He was very communicative and pleasant! The apartment is clean and well kept. We felt like we were in a luxury hotel. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the farmer's market and close to downtown, which is definitely a perk if you are traveling without a car. If you do have a vehicle though, free parking is readily available. If we're ever in Texas again, we would book it again!

Great new spot!

There aren’t enough stars for me to say how amazing this property was. It was a clean, modern property with plenty of amenities. The Host has thought of everything so you will not want for anything while you stay here. The property is very inviting and has a super cozy feel. It’s close to so many things in Dallas so is perfect as your “home base”. The host has top notch communication and was always quick to respond if needed. Was very caring in wanting to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a place in Dallas!
