Families with children aged 12 years or older will find our home to be a welcoming retreat, offering ample space and comfort for all. This property has room for 6 vehicles. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. NO Smoking. No trailers, campers, ATVs or RVs are allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No tolerance for bad behavior. This house has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
