The place is nice but you can’t regulate the heat or air in the room. Must call landlord ( not to convenient). We had four people but only two bath towels. Garbage cans were overflowing and there is not sufficient parking. Only one place per unit. Had to park off site with the extra vehicle

Not A Loft And that’s Just For Starters

This property is listed as a high end loft and it is far from that. In fact, what it actually is is a very spacious studio apartment on the ground level. The owners need to look up the definition of a loft; it doesn’t include the sound of people tromping overhead. The place is modern and clean but there’s nothing welcoming about this property. No instructions on how the lights or washer/dryer combo works and absolutely nothing about the area or things to do. We received one face cloth and one hand towel for two people and the smallest, thinnest bath towels ever. And maybe the worst sin of all—single ply toilet paper! Come on folks; we’re not camping here! Also of serious note-there is a door to the patio that was never able to be locked so this posed security issues. It’s a nice neighborhood however…buyer beware!One plus - the shower is awesome BUT watch out when turning on the water to the bathroom sink because the way it’s designed is going to get the front of you soaking wet.Overall, I don’t recommend staying here until the owners make obvious and necessary changes; there are far better options for your hard earned dollars.
