Overall the house was perfect. Our only complaint is the pool table was not useable and it would have been nice to be able to when we had our downtime.

Host very responsive, but photos are miss leading. Things are not exactly as they seem in the photos. Pool table is slopped so you can’t play a real pool game all balls roll to 1 side. Master bath only get warm water, not hot water. One sink was very slow to drain and could barely wash hands before it filled up. Beds are all very firm, so if you don’t like firm beds might be a problem. Location is good and quiet. Not much noise. Room in the driveway to park several cars and it had street side parking.

Do not stay here! It was so dirty and disgusting that we had to run out and buy socks because the floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in years. My kids’ and my feet were black after a couple hours. This place has giant cockroaches. We killed at least 3. The dishwasher worked only sometimes. The back yard is so overgrown and unkept with a half filled pool we wouldn’t even step foot in it and neighbors told us they have seen exterminators for bed bugs here. I’ve never been so miserable. Cabinets were broken and just hanging. A strip of wood for the island was just laying there with nails sticking out of it. There were no chain locks so it felt really unsafe especially when the owner said there were 3 keys in the lockbox and only 2 in there. So whoever had the 3rd key could have just walked in in the middle of the night. And at 3am one night we were woken up from someone knocking on the window. DO NOT STAY HERE.

There seems to be a roach infestation in the house. Also, the trash seemed to be full and the lawn was not cut. Overall, the place just needs better cleanliness. There does need to be some improvement on the communication.
