Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Towels are provided for convenience use. If you use them, please wash and dry the towels before checkout. This will help us maintain reasonable cleaning expenses.
Turn off all lights and ceiling fans. Set thermostat to 60°F in winter or 80°F in summer.
Ensure grill is off with cover replaced if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes upstairs - Help us keep sand at bay by removing shoes at the entrance. Beach gear should be rinsed at the outdoor shower before going inside.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am - Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down during these hours, especially on the deck and in the backyard area.
No smoking anywhere on property - Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere on the property, including the deck, patio and yard.
