This freshly renovated 5 bedroom, 4-bath, is a 2 story Cape Cod style home featuring 1 full kitchen along with 2 separate kitchenettes on on each floor for a total of 2000 sq ft. Quick access to Main St, Hyannis Downtown , Ocean Avenue Beach, Keyes Memorial Beach, Cape Cod Mall and the ferry terminal to Martha Vineyard and Nantucket Island.

2 Full sized living rooms, 3 dining areas, 5 Bedrooms, 1 full kitchen and 2 Kitchenettes, a furnished front porch and a furnished rear deck. Also providing Beach Passes. Perfect for family staycations, gatherings and get aways.

Bernice was a wonderful host and the property was beautiful. Communication with Bernice was clear and fast whenever we had any questions. Location of the house was fantastic, being so close to the Main Street. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend staying again at this property!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless -- in fact, it seems like it was newly renovated which was delightful. Each room was comfortable and cozy and had its own TV, an amenity we really appreciated.Perhaps this is coming, but the addition of some mirrors in the bedrooms or hall , and a dining table to play games and have family meals on would be great. Again, we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and well maintained place. About 7-10 minute drive to several beaches. It is on a busy corner lot with traffic heard late evening and early morning. The kitchen was clean and though small was able to accommodate a large group.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Able to sit out on the front and back porch. Fully equipped kitchen minus dishwasher and kitchen or dinning room table. Multiple bed rooms with comfortable beds. Multiple bathrooms. No hot water in the shower of two but had 2 others as back up. Owner did repond to send someone to look into the hot water issue. However we only stayed one night and iit wasn't fixed when we left. Overall a good choice for our party of 7 adults.
