This charming equestrian lakefront cabin is located on a private, secluded, clean spring fed lake in Eustis Florida. Newly built in 2025. Lake access, including the ability to launch small boats on site. Fishing and campfires are welcome. Enjoy the peacefulness with a view of grazing horses on property. This is your authentic lake cabin destination. Away from all the chaos, but within minutes you can be in downtown Mt Dora or Eustis.

This cabin is located next to our other airbnb, “Redbird cottage and farm. Equestrian lake cottage”, right on Lake Seneca

Yard, lake access, including shared dock, boat ramp. ( please let us know in advance if you want to use the boat ramp as we will need to assist you with this process.)

The cabin is small but feels so much larger because of how it’s laid out, bathroom is very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the lake and caught some fish, watched the horses running around the pastures and just relaxed inside and outside of the cabin.Dave was an excellent host!

Very accommodating to our needs. We were in town for a wedding and allowed us to check in early to try and get squared away. The area is very quiet, bed is comfortable, and this is exactly what we needed. Very clean, spacious bathroom for being a small cabin. The sheets and bed were very comfortable. One of the best rentals we’ve ever been to!

Redbird cottage & farm, LLC is a family run business. After tragically losing my father in 2021. God blessed my husband and I with an opportunity to purchase two beautiful homes on a private lake here in Central Florida. One home for my husband and I, and one for my now widowed mother. We are absolutely in love with our property! It only had one problem as an avid horse owner, I wanted to be able to have more land for my horses so, God blessed us again with the opportunity to purchase the neighboring property, another 4 acres with a third house. As the saying goes when “Cardinals appear angels are near” Redbird cottage and farm, LLC. was born. My husband and I have put our hearts and souls into this charming cottage located on a beautiful private lake in hopes that our guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery, country living, and animals as much as we do. We hope it has a little old fashioned Southern charm feeling to it and we want to provide you with great hospitality. When we are not working on the our farm, I work as a mental health counselor for our local school district. My husband owns a small company, writing software. We also enjoy spending time with our many animals including horses, as well as boating. We are a Christian family, who believe in old fashion, southern hospitality and kindness. We would love to share this little piece of paradise we were blessed with.
