You will be delighted by this beautiful and confortable apartment suite that has 85 square meters (915 square ft) of tastefully designed interiors with amazing views to the mountain and Poas Volcano. It has its own private space of patio and terrace and has access to the 2 acres of the property gardens that go all the way down to the river, following a beautiful trail surrounded by pristine nature.

Guest access

Guests will have total and private access to this apartment and will only share the gardens with the main house guests. Guest do not have access to the interior of main "Earth" house which is a separate independent rental within same property.

The neighborhood

"El Retiro" is a newly developed residential area located in the mountain in the way up to Poas volcano and La Paz Waterfalls. It is safe, quiet, nice new houses, surrounded by beautiful views to the mountains. Given that it is very conveniently located close to airport (35min drive) , the Poas Volcano(20min drive) and from La Paz Waterfalls (25min drive) you will find several restaurants and grocery stores options at just 5 mins from this property.

Getting around

We strongly recommend using a car to get around as public transport is available but limited given this is a rural area.
