Nikol apartment is located in a quiet part of town, and away from the city noise, yet close to the center, in a season full of various events (Roman Amphitheatre - Arena, is just 5 minutes away by car, as well as the town center, Giardini promenade, and various famous restaurant).
The apartment is new and comfortable, approx 85 m2 and is equipped with quality furniture.
It has two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room, new kitchen, gallery and balcony overlooking the forest full of singing birds.

Beach with clear water is also very close to where they are hiding peaceful and beautiful bays, and 'beach bars'
