Our apartment 'Emili' is located in a quiet residential area, a suburb of Pula, cca 2 km from the city center. Parking is available on the property. We offer an air-conditioned apartment with a private balcony for 3 people. Bus stop nearby, 50 meters. At 4 Kilometres to expect crystal clear water and beautiful beach with shower. What a beautiful property to stay at inside and out! This lady should be an interior designer! The suprise garden on the outside was just as nice to sit out and have dinner and drinks! We loved staying here! The host was amazing! Thank you!

Urlaub bei "Freunden"

Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und ideal für 2 Personen. Sie ist, insbesondere technisch, bestens ausgestattet. Der PKW ist sicher auf dem Grundstück hinter einem automatischem Tor untergestellt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist zwar wenig attraktiv, aber die Altstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und zahlreiche Märkte in der Nähe sichern eine ausreichende Versorgung. Auch Restaurants sind nahbei. Das positivste sind aber die überaus freundlichen und jederzeit hilfsbereiten Vermieter.

Je veux commencer par parler de notre hôte Jadranka tant elle est joviale, sympathique et accueillante! Très discrète lors de notre séjour, Jadranka a été néanmoins très réactive et attentive afin ce que tout se passe bien. L’appartement est tout neuf, fonctionnel, confortable et très propre. On s’y sent chez soi! Il est situé à une centaine de mètres d’un arrêt de bus (ligne 1) qui vous amènera au centre (5 arrêts) ou directement à la très belle plage de Stoja! Que du positif, vous l’aurez compris !

Super appartement conforme à l’annonce. Les propriétaires sont très serviables, à l’écoute si besoin. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons même eu le droit à un gâteau pour mon anniversaire. Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir sind zu zweit gereist, und hatten keine hohen Erwartungen, da wir letztes jahr sehr unglücklich mit unserer Unterkunft hatten, wir wurden aber sehr positiv überrascht 😍. Das kleine Apartment war super sauber und modern eingerichtet, das auto stand in der Einfahrt sicher mit einem tor verschlossen wo es eine extra Fernbedienung gab, so das man jeder zeit fahren und kommen konnte wann man will ohne jemanden zu stören. Die Vermieterin war einfach nur ein Traum, so lieb und hilfsbereit, hat bei jeder kleinsten frage zur Verfügung gestanden und für kleine anliegen/ probleme sofort eine Lösung angeboten.

Wundervolles, schönes Appartement für 2 Personen mit allem ausgestattet, wunderbares Schmuckstück

Wundervolles, schönes kleines und sehr sauberes Appartement für 2 Personen. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Fernseher im Wohn-und Schlafzimmer sowie Balkon. Ein wunderbares Schmuckstück in Pula. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und vor allem sind Jadranka und ihr Mann außerordentlich nette Vermieter, immer ansprechbar. Wir sind total begeistert!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herzlichen Betreuung

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für zwei Wochen in den Sommerferien gebucht und haben diese als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren genutzt. Wir können uns den bestehenden Bewertunge nur anschließen. Neben einer super Kommunikation im Vorfeld, habebn wir den ganzen Urlaub über einen herzichen Austausch gehabt. Da die Vermieterin mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt, konnten kleinere Probleme und Fragen direkt geklärt werden. Auch wurde uns ein Beistellbett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt, sodass wir für unseren zweijährigen Sohn nicht alles mitbringen mussten. Wir haben die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Den Garten mit den Spielgeräten und Loungemöbeln / Grill haben wir aufgrund der vielen Mücken nicht genutzt.

Séjour parfait !!!

Tout était absolument parfait. L’appartement est très bien agencé et impeccablement propre.le parking privé est un vrai plus ….La petite terrasse très agréable , équipée de transats et d’une table pour les repas. Un grand jardin merveilleusement calme bien garni en légumes et fruits … Merci à Jadranka pour son excellent accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous avons hâte de revenir. Rund um Sorglos Packet mit unglaublich lieber Vermieterin

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp für Leute die zu zweit unterwegs sind, oder Ehepaare (noch) ohne Kinder!!! Frau Bilić, die Vermieterin ist wahnsinnig freundlich und immer total herzlich zu uns gewesen. Es ist eine wahre Freude, sich mit ihr auszutauschen!!! Auch spricht sie hervorragend deutsch und erklärt einem auch super wo man etwas finden kann, sollte es etwas spezielleres sein!!! Ebenso sind ihre Tipps für Ausflüge oder Unternehmungen in der Stadt Pula super, sowie nicht zu vergessen, die Empfehlungen der Restaurants!!! Alles in allem 1000 % besser als ein Hotel! Einfach toll!

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Das Zentrum der Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben wollen wir die Vermieterin Jadranka Bilic. Noch nie wurden wir so herzlich empfangen! Ebenso gab es von ihr tolle Tipps für Ausflugsziel, gute Restaurants usw.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Außerdem war die Ferienwohnung super sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und fürsorglich. Wir haben eine Liste mit sehr guten Restaurants und Tipps bekommen und können diese Tipps nur empfehlen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist in Ordnung. Der Fußweg zur Innenstadt beläuft sich auf ca. 15-20 Minuten. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Frau Bilić hat mich am Anreisetag zur abgesprochenen Anreisezeit herzliche Empfangen und mir das Apartment gezeigt. Sie und ihre Familie waren sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen wurde mir gerne geholfen. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Die Sauberkeit war exzellent. Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit dem Garten luden zum stundenlangen verweilen ein. Zur Lage: Fußläufig in 10 Min. sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Bis zur Stadt geht man etwa 15 Min.. Mit dem Auto können innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Min. viele Strände erreicht werden (Medulin, Premantura, Banjole). Insgesamt kann und werde ich dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen und werde sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen. Dank!

Es war alles perfekt!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Gastgeberin spricht super deutsch und ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die herzlichsten Gastgeber allerzeiten!

Wir haben spontan diese Unterkunft in Pula gebucht. Schon die Begrüßung war überraschend herzlich (fast so, wie als würden wir Freunde besuchen) und das Appartement war super schön, modern, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns soooo wohl gefühlt!! :) Noch nie hatten wir eine so tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns deutsche Fernsehsender eingestellt, Tips für Pula gegeben und frisches Obst aus dem Garten hingestellt 😇 Viele Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir wollten garnicht fahren und kommen definitiv wieder!!! :-)
