It is not value for money. We had constant house maintenance issues throughout our 43-day stay (toilet was either continuously filling up, weak pressure then clogged, aircon at the back room leaking, smoke alarm everytime you cook due to no exhaust, back room for office can't be blacked out due to curtain design, aircon dripping on the work desk area due to aircon leak, roof leak in back room, no remote battery for ceiling fan and light of back room). Internet is reliable. The space is just right for a family of 4. Beds are comfortable and good sized. Kitchen facilities ok but suggest other basic cooking utensils needed (i.e soup ladle, flip spatula, peeler). TVs in living room and back room great but the big one in the front room is not smart and connected. Location is great with good neighborhood. Cleanliness upon arrival was an issue (painter left materials and did not clean up) but addressed quickly. We had dirty towel and rags in the washer we had to wash it ourselves, only 3 clean old towels, no hairdryer as part of amenities so we had to buy our own. The garden was unkempt and already in the way until the day before our check out. Host was quick in responding but not necessarily resolved the house maintenance concerns raised.
