Just 5 min. to the beach, close to Clearwater, Ft De Soto, St. Petersburg, and in the heart of the many beaches on the Gulf Of Mexico.
Gated community, Large pool, tennis courts, grills, gym and clubhouse.
1 new king and 1 new queen beds and 1new hide a bed couch queen size. Sleeps 6. Cable TV in each room and WIFI.
Comfortable Screened porch with two Adirondack chairs.
Dining table for 6. 2 at breakfast bar.
A/C and Fans in bedrooms and living room.
Washer & Dryer. Iron.
One large bath with garden tub. Hair dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, airfryer, free pkg.
Close to shopping centers, grocery, site seeing and fishing or boating. Lots to do in the area.
Large heated pool, tennis court, grills, clubhouse and workout room.
All the essentials to enjoy the beach: Beach chairs, cooler, beach pad, beach towels, totes, umbrella and kids toys for the beach in our unit to use.
1 Dog bed in the master bedroom closet and a bowl.
1 mile to beach and surrounded by major Restaurants and the VA Hospital Bay Pines. Super walmart 1 mile.

We had a 5 day family stay, the condo was great, stocked with everything we could possibly need complete with beach supplies ( chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach bags). The beds were comfortable, the location was just minutes from all the local attractions. We recommend the Angry Pepper, we ate there twice! Communication was great from the hosts, instructions were very detailed. The pool was wonderful, we swam almost everyday (could have been skimmed a little more) but overall we had a great stay! We would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Great host communication and awesome location for us. The condo is one of the better stocked placed we've stayed. We also appreciated the availability of cleaning equipment and supplies so we could clean during our stay. [Some places we've stayed have had all of that locked up.] We hope to be back!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was perfect for what we needed. The host had a lot of little extras that were much appreciated. Having the beach closet was very nice. The coffee already there was a plus. Things you don’t have to pack or buy or think about. Would recommend to anyone.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Fred’s place. We were able to relax at the pool, visit the beach, and even take advantage of the great restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a great place to stay. It was about 15 minutes from the nearest beach. It had everything we needed, plenty of beach gear, the pool was great for our kids, and it was clean!

Really nice two bedroom condo in a very attractive gated community. Clean and comfortable. Special attention has been paid to the decor which includes upgraded furniture and beds as well as wood floors. It’s quite beautiful. We loved our stay. The pool area and grounds are immaculate, the neighbors very friendly, and it’s quiet at night. We would definitely book it again.

The condo was perfect for our family of three that went. Not on the beach, but only took 5-10 minutes to several nice beaches!! Great location for shops, restaurants, and not in the crazy thick of the hustle and bustle!

Fabulous family vacation

Stayed with my husband and 2 year old daughter and had a wonderful experience. The place was very well kept, clean, comfortable, affordable and in a great area.
