The Space:
Welcome to Cashmere, a modern ranch-style guesthouse with spectacular Hill Country views. Located on Jumping Goat Ranch, this newly built, private 1br/1ba is truly a retreat to relax and reconnect.

Cashmere offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and a luxurious king-size bed. The wrap-around porch is the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. At night, enjoy the private hot tub, beautiful Texas sunset, and incredible stargazing by the fire pit. All a quick 15 minutes from Fredericksburg’s historic Main St and 10 minutes to award-winning wineries. Hosted by Porch Light Hospitality.

We stayed four nights for our 20th anniversary. Absolutely beautiful property! Stunning views during the day! Pitch black stargazing at night! Bumped into one of the owners several times during our stay…super nice guy! Property is only 15 minutes away from the tourist section of Fredericksburg. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Spacious stay with beautiful views

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Cashmere cabin. The aesthetic was so inviting and comfortable. It was so nice to be able to relax in the hot tub and enjoy some coffee on the back porch. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

This was as close to a perfect location in Fredericksburg for us as it could get! We travel to this area often and prefer to stay off of the downtown area, but close enough that we can get to it easily. This location was only about 15 minutes from downtown, and the property was so peaceful! The cabin was beautiful appointed with a comfortable bed, a spacious shower and a nice porch to sit outside. We used the outside space to appreciate the gorgeous sunrises in the morning and also to stargaze at night. We’ll definitely try to snag a spot at this location when we find ourselves in town again!

It was a great stay with a very cute atmosphere. The location was very close to town which made it great for going in and eating dinner or lunch or breakfast. The quaintness of the cottage was very well kept and it made us feel like we had a great opportunity to just reconnect in a spot that didn’t feel like we were surrounded by tons of other people.
