The Space:

The open-concept living area gives you room to spread out and decompress after a full day of exploring. A ceiling fan keeps things breezy, and the TV is ready for movie nights when you'd rather stay in. A dedicated workspace means you won't have to sacrifice productivity if work follows you on the road.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking basics. Wine glasses, a blender, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a baking sheet round out the setup. Pull up a seat at the dining table and enjoy a meal without the rush of a restaurant.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary suite opens directly onto a private balcony - a quiet perch for morning coffee or late-night stargazing when launches are on the schedule. The second bedroom offers comfortable sleeping for additional guests. The home sleeps up to 3 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 beds.



Bathroom

The bathroom is stocked with the essentials - shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water on demand. A bathtub and hair dryer round out the setup for a comfortable stay.

An in-unit washer, iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage keep longer stays comfortable. The home has a private entrance, smart lock self check-in, and free parking on premises - so arrival is seamless whenever your flight or cruise lands.

The beach is a 10-minute walk from the front door. Jetty Park puts you in a prime spot for rocket launches, and Port Canaveral - just 2 miles away - delivers waterfront dining, deep-sea fishing charters, and cruise departures. Cocoa Beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier are minutes away for surfing, shopping, and ocean views. Kennedy Space Center is within easy reach for a half-day of space history. If you're traveling with a larger group, a sister townhome is available next door.



Guest Access:

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks and open parking with a limit of two cars. Street parking is available as well.
