From the Marina you can rent kayaks and paddleboards or bring a small skiff that you can tie up next to the houseboat. Explore the creek and back channels of the seacoast area where you'll find bald eagles, hawks and other wildlife. Great bird watching right from the back deck.

This place is the best! Feels like family. Easy check in and check out. The views are stunning and the kitchen has everything. Such a unique experience.
We were visiting Portsmouth for a family wedding abd stumbled across this listing. Since we like boats, we thought we'd give it a try. Like any boat, this was small and compact, but we loved sitting on the deck and looking over the water with our morning coffee. Both bedrooms were comfortable, but the upper berths, reachable by a ladder, would be challenging for the infirm. The small kitchen was more than enough for breakfast and coffee. We really liked our stay.
