Fruitopia is utopia! The home is accurately described and depicted in the listing on Vrbo. The main floor common areas are generously sized and well furnished. The kitchen includes all that you might need to make your stay easier. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and very clean and tidy.Our group included four adults and a five year old child so the house gave us plenty of room to spread out. We also had a dog with us and the fenced yard gave her space to roam while we relaxed on the patio.Part of the beauty of this home is the proximity to the downtown area. You're only a block away from great restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops. If you're bringing your bicycle, downtown is where everything begins!We visit Fruita often since we have family in the area and we wouldn't hesitate to reserve Fruitopia again and again!!

Fruitopia

Good location to stay if you're in town to visit wineries. About 24 minute drive to Palisade area. The place was clean and well kept. Access to the upstairs is via a long stairway that doesn't have a hand rail at the top. It felt a little unsafe to me. Overall very good place and good hosts. Would recommend for most people.

We stayed here as our daughter was graduating from Colorado Mesa… the place was very clean and very convenient to drive back and forth from grand junction! The host was amazing when we had a couple issues and helped us figure out what to do. If I could suggest one thing it would be to put some mirrors in the bedrooms so if you have multiple people getting ready at one time, you could get ready in your room with hair and makeup since there are only 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are the only place that have mirrors. Other than that it was great!!! Thanks again!
