This 1897 historic home has been completely Updated and is centrally located to everything Grand Junction has to offer.
Located on a corner lot in Downtown Grand Junction, this home is perfectly situated less than 1 mile to both Main Street and Colorado Mesa University. Easy walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
What we love about our property is the character and charm that you experience upon immediate arrival. The home offers a open floor plan with 10' high ceilings, a ton of windows and natural light. With over 1300 square feet in size there is plenty of room for everyone with good spacing between the bedrooms.
The large backyard is fenced and we added a wonderful pergola and fire pit with 2 large outdoor couches for day or night. The covered front porch is great in the morning or on raining afternoon.
We also offer a 2 car garage if you need a secured area for storage while in town. We have plenty of parking in front and behind the home as well.

The house was very easy to get into. It was in a cozy little neighborhood in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. We will definitely like to stay in this home on our next trip into town.
The home was perfect for my family. Very accurate description on listing. Clean, centrally located, very well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!
this house was so sweet, and clean as a pin. it was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the Main St area that we walked into town several times. Tony & Tiffany were excellent to communicate with and we would stay here over & over again.
So much charm in this home! It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Home was extremely inviting and had the amenities we were looking to have on our stay! It was also very convenient for us being writhing 1/2 mile of Colorado Mesa college.
Property was clean and spacious and the fire pit was a nice way to end the night. The check-in process was a breeze and the host responded instantly. Highly recommend this property!
We really enjoyed the house. It is beautifully decorated and updated. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!
We loved out stay in GJ and this home could not have been better. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and cozy and it was obvious the owners went above and beyond to make the home nice.
My associates and I are working at CMU for the summer and this location was very close and convenient for us. The host was great and made our stay pleasant!
Such a beautiful home, clean, easy to communicate with the owner/manager. We loved the space and sitting out back with the fire table. Lots of resturants 5-7 minutes away and about 20 minutes to palisade. Would highly recommend!
The house was clean, spacious and it exceeded our expectations. The booking, check-in and communication were all seamless. We will definitely look in to staying there again with family being in Grand Junction.
The house was great very comfortable place to stay. it was in a great neighborhood and perfect for watching the Independance Day fireworks show. two issues not enough flatware/silverware and trash bags.
Cozy, comfortable historic Grand Junction bungalow
Loved the charm and character of this bungalow; kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully updated. We loved the fire pit out on the patio and chairs on the front porch for morning coffee. Neighborhood is great for walking and quiet too. 5 min to downtown restaurants and CMU campus.
Traveling with my husband and son and daughter-in-law, this was a great base to explore Colorado National Monument and Grand Mesa National Forest, Palisade and Fruita.
Highly recommend!
This home was the perfect stay for the weekend for our quick trip. The home was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the front porch to sit and watch the children play in the front and the fire pit in the back at night. We had no issues and the host was quick to respond to any questions.
