There is also a washing machine available for your use, which is shared with the guests of 3 other apartments. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private open terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals outside in the fresh air. There is also a communal outdoor area, which is shared with the guests of 7 other properties and includes a pool (open all year round), a beautiful garden, a parking area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here you will also find a shared jacuzzi. Within a 6-minute drive you will reach restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket. The beautiful beaches of Playa de la Gaviotas and Playa de Santo Domingo also await your visit a 7-minute drive from the property.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. The communal spaces should not be used between and 22:00 and 7:00.
People who are not guests are strictly forbidden to enter the property.
No visitors can be received as no more occupants can be declared with respect to the guests of the reserve. As defined by the Institute for Spanish tourist quality in the document Measures to reduce the spread of the coronavirus, we are obliged to register all occupants of the accommodation on arrival and verify their identity through personal identification documents. This register of occupants must be provided to the State Security Forces. All this, according to the current legal framework, for security reasons, and, in the context of COVID-19, in order to also facilitate the traceability of the occupants due to a possible epidemiological outbreak.
