Fantastic apartment on the seafront completely renovated. The building is located on the coast of Icod de los Vinos on San Marcos Beach. It has a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a magnificent terrace of 17m with direct views of the sea. By a promenade, you can directly access the beach in just 3 minutes. The accommodation is perfect to spend a quiet holiday away from the crowded tourist centers. The famous city of Icod de los Vinos is just 2 km away with numerous museums, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping areas.

Immaculate apartment. Very well equiped. Super clean. Lovely balcony to watch the sun set and watch the dramatic waves crashing onto the shoreline. Secure parking but for a large car it is a bit of a tight space. Super helpful host. Small grocery store nearby for essentials. Local restaurants very welcoming.

Perfect location

We loved this property. The location is private with a fantastic balcony and view of the ocean and mountains. Garage parking is must in Tenerife. The North and South areas of the island are about an hour away. The local restaurants are a ten minute cliff walk away. We'll be back.

Week in the Sun

This apartment is superb, clean, bright, modern, well equipped. And then there's the sun trap balcony where you could literally spend your days, enjoying the sea views and a glass of wine. Then there's the host, Jeronimo, who goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure his guests have everything they need. A superb experience.

A very clean and smart apartment overlooking padel courts and the sea.

We enjoyed watching the locals playing padel and the fact we could see and hear the sea from our balcony. Apartment had all the essentials. Spotless and a comfortable base to travel from. We walked to a couple of very good restaurants over-looking the sea and tootled around local villages. Would def recommend. Our host was very efficient and welcoming. Many thanks

This apartment was great. The views were great. Yes there was a sports club between you and the water. But it did not take away anything. The private parking was a plus. You MUST meet with the owner to get the keys. So be sure to show up at the time you tell him. It is well supplied, which we took advantage of for breakfast. A small drip coffee maker using #2 cones was available. The bed was comfortable (on the firmer side)There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. It is also a short drive into Icod for a number of good restaurants. Netflix was available on the TV. Will definitely stay again.

Guter Ausgangspunkt, den Norden zu erkunden

Die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr freundlich. Das Apartment genau so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die möblierte Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick direkt auf das Meer - Meeresrauschen inklusive. Die Padle-Spieler haben mich nicht gestört, Ich fand es eher schön, der Dorfjugend zuzusehen.

Magnifique séjour dans ce superbe appartement très bien équipé, hyper propre, moderne et surtout avec une belle terrasse et une vue sur l'océan époustouflante. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jéro Mendez, qui a été très disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Petit plus non négligeable, une place de parking dans un garage fermé.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Schon zum 2. Mal durften wir die tolle Fewo mit dem herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Optimal für 2 Personen, sehr gute Ausstattung, gutes Bett, Waschmaschine, Sonnenliegen…alles da. Sehr gut ist auch die Tiefgarage. Das Sportcenter gegenüber hat in keiner Weise gestört. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar.

Playa de San Marcos

Es ist eine sehr schöne, helle Wohnung mit modernem Bad und großem Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer. Es gibt ausreichend Platz im Kleiderschrank für 2 Personen und die Koffer kann man in einem Abstellraum unterbringen. Das große Bett hat eine gute, sehr bequeme Matratze (Auch im Urlaub sollte man das nicht unterschätzen). Das man einen Tiefgaragenplatz im Haus hat ist bei den warmen/ teils heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem haben wir uns gut erholt und planen wiederzukommen.

Super Ausgestattetes Apartment

Das Appartement verfügt über eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick über die Küste Richtung Westen, so dass man fast jeden Abend einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang sehen kann. Es ist groß und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Sehr gepflegtes und ordentliches Appartement

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Toller Blick aufs Meer und die Felsen. Schöne große Terrasse mit Tisch zum Essen und zwei Liegestühlen. Schlafzimmer war schön geräumig mit einem guten Doppelbett. Wir hatten Bedenken weil es keine Heizung gibt, aber das braucht man so nah am Meer nicht haben, da es warm ist. Man hat halt den Sportclub vor sich was nicht so toll anzuschauen und natürlich auch Geräusch macht, aber uns hat es nicht so gestört. Dafür ist man direkt am Meer. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man auch was mit, wenn sie über einem Stühle rücken oder laut schief singen und sprechen, aber zum Glück waren die meisten eigentlich ganz nett und nicht übermässig laut.- Ist halt ein Apartmenthaus mit geringer Isolierung, da kann das immer passieren…auch braucht man unbedingt ein Auto, wenn man auch mal weg will und einkaufen muss, da es doch etwas abgelegen ist und es nicht so sehr viel in der Nähe gibt - vor allem im Januar.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr guten Aufenthalt in San Marcos. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist hochwertig ausgestattet mit sehr schnellem Wifi. Lediglich eine Spülmaschine haben wir vermisst. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist gut, man hat das Meer im Blick. Der Sportplatz darunter hat uns nicht gestört. Von Vorteil ist die Tiefgarage, so steht der Mietwagen im Schatten. Die Zufahrt ist steil und in der Garage kann es eng zugehen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp ist sehr angenehm und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Möchte man den schönen Norden Teneriffas erleben, dann können wir diese Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen weiterempfehlen.

Meeresrauschen gibt es gratis dazu

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung, von der wir täglich unsere Ausflüge starteten. Morgens und abends saßen wir entspannt auf dem Balkon, hörten der Brandung zu und beobachteten die Padel-Spieler. Wenn diese pünktlich um 22:30 Uhr ihr Spiel beendeten, war es ringsherum richtig still. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Dusche ein wahres Erlebnis. Die Wohnung liegt ideal als Ausgangspunkt um den Norden und den Nordwesten der Insel, sowie das Teide- und das Teno-Gebirge zu erkunden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Gerne würden wir hier mal wieder herkommen.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist top. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Das Objekt ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Tolles Appartement

Wir hatten ein paar sehr entspannte Tage in dem schönen Appartement mit tollem Balkon und grandioser Aussicht. Der Ort ist abseits vom Massentourismus, dementsprechend fehlt es zumindest außerhalb der Hauptsaison an etwas Infrastruktur.

Sehr gut!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber geputzt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen! Die Aktivitäten auf dem Tennisplatz sind zwar hörbar, aber sie haben uns nicht gestört.
