No matter the season this Riverside Getaway is your “home away from home”. Walking distance to the mountain and town, this vacation spot has all of the comforts of home including high speed wifi, large smart TV, granite countertops, spacious master bath, comfortable sectional sofa – not to mention breathtaking views and sounds of the of the Pemi river flowing by the windows and large deck.

The condo community has access to multiple tennis courts, two pools, outside grills, a river walk and an amazing swimming hole.

All you’ll need is your toothbrush and some clothes as we’ll have everything you need - from kitchen equipment to linens and towels. Come experience what the White Mountains have to offer! Perfect if you’re planning a family vacation or a getaway with your partner!

Your garbage disposal does not work. Which means that the water backs up in the kitchen sink and that makes it pretty disgusting. Also, there was several lights that were needed new lightbulbs, but there’s no ladder so we couldn’t put it on. You need a new lock box so you can get in easily. We did however enjoy our stay there the outside porch was lovely.

I grew up in New England a die hard skier and always dreamed of having a second home in the mountains. When I discovered Loon while going to college in Boston, I immediately fell in love with the area. Today, there are 10 of us college friends that have homes here and watching our families grow and make memories has been the most amazing thing. With life getting busier, we're not able to use it all of the time, so we wanted to give others the ability to make memories in Lincoln, NH as well.

Why they chose this property

Our condo has everything you need, including furniture and finishes like you would find in your own home. Being able to open your windows at night during the Summer, Spring and Fall to hear the roar of the Pemi River, puts you right to sleep. You can easily walk along the scenic paved river walk to Loon Mountain or it's a quick 2 minute drive in the Winter. Whether it's Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, this condo is perfectly located.
