COMPLIMENTARY LOAF OF FRESHLY BAKED SOURDOUGH BREAD, BUTTER, AND HOMEMADE JAM (with at least 3 days booking in advance), BOTTLE OF WINE OR SPARKLING CIDER, SELTZER WATER AND SNACK BAR, SEASONAL BOUQUET.
• Parking on site. • Private entrance and porch. • Apartment is within an existing building. Guests have full access to the apartment and surrounding yard only. • Floor plan is open with high ceilings and two sleeping lofts accessed by secured ladders. It’s cozy as most everything is in one room, including the full kitchen. In nicer weather, the porch and surrounding yard will provide more space. • Full kitchen with all you need to cook your own food. • Sofa bed on main level available if preferred or needed. • Ideal for 1 -2 guests; can accommodate up to 4 people who know each other well. • Small ‘hang out nook’ with Smart TV on swivel arm. • There are two ‘changing rooms’ for privacy while getting dressed and a place to store your items. • The shower and bathroom sink are in the main space with a privacy screen. • The toilet is in its own room accessed from door that leads to foyer. Nature’s Head composting toilet. Don’t worry—it’s not the outhouse from your camping nightmares. This modern marvel is clean, odor-free, and incredibly easy to use, thanks to its state-of-the-art ventilation system. By separating liquids and solids, it ensures a hygienic and smell-free experience. If you’re open to trying this sustainable system, you’ll enjoy the added benefit of knowing you’re making an environmentally conscious choice. However, if you’re uncomfortable with this setup or the simple cleaning procedures, we kindly ask that you consider other accommodations. • Covered back deck • Seasonal fire pit, picnic table, grill • Owner lives on premises in a separate dwelling out of line of sight.
