Guests can relax and unwind on the beach, or take advantage of the kayaks, paddleboard, beach cruisers, and a pedal boat that seats five for a scenic tour around the bay. Ping pong table also available. This house is within walking distance of a park, with a playground, pickleball, handball and basketball courts, as well as sailing, fishing and kitesurfing rentals/lessons. Great spot on the peninsula

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beachfront unit on the peninsula. The property is well appointed and spacious with everything we needed for a 10-day stay. We enjoyed the swinging chairs on the patio and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. It is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Only suggestion for improvement for the owner would be to add screens to windows as there is no AC (windows are primary way to cool it down with the ocean breeze, but we had to close them in the evening due to bugs).

Great time!

This place is gorgeous!!! The host really outdid themselves stocking the kitchen, bathrooms, and whole house. It had everything we needed. Their thoughtfulness really showed through! The home is beautifully designed, so inviting, with stunning natural light and views of the beach. It is so close to the water and in a great location. The water is truly right outside your door. The hammock was a particular favorite spot. And the boardwalk makes for great evening walks. It was wonderful for our children. The kids room was a huge hit! And anytime we had an issue or question the host was SO responsive. We sadly had some very loud and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors making noise into the very early hours of the morning, but nothing the host could control. Would absolutely stay here again!
