You will be less than 10 minutes to West Rolling Hills State park with a marina and boat ramps, 5 minutes to Chapman. Located in a peaceful rural setting, this private charming retreat features 3 bedrooms with queen, full, and twin beds, sleeping up to five. 1,100 square feet of living space. With amenities like Wi-Fi, smart tv ,firestick, DVD player, phonograph player with cd and Bluetooth, ample parking for a boat. Huge yard including a Blackstone grill and fire pit, archery target. guests can relax and unwind in this enjoyable space. Located on pavement at the edge of the Flint Hills all just minutes from Milford Lake, Ft. Riley, Chapman, Junction City, Abilene and I-70. If your a hunter there is over 19,000 public acres at Milford Wildlife area plus 90,000 acres available at Fort Riley. Home is not accessible or child proofed. If you have a pet we highly recommend Quail Cottage just 1/2 mile away.
