Welcome to this renovated 3-bedroom, 2 bath upper unit of a duplex with fantastic deck space just steps from the beach access. The beautiful and fully stocked kitchen includes a French press, a drip and pod coffee maker. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has a 55" Smart TV with streaming options and comfortable furniture. The master bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, king bed and ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. The third bedroom has a daybed with a twin trundle. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This unit includes a washer/dryer combo. There are 2 outdoor showers to make cleaning off the sand and salt a breeze.

This beach house is perfect for the family providing a variety of perks that you will not find in other rentals including a charcoal grill, cordless charging stations, bikes with helmets, baby bath, high chair, pack-n-play, kids games and books, beach gear and more!

*** Note: the adjoining Atlantic Sunrise B duplex that is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom is available for rent as well. This is ideal for larger families and/or groups that would like to stay close together! Feel free to contact our office for special pricing for the entire property.
