The quiet Oceans of Amelia complex off Fletcher Avenue is an ideal location on Amelia Island - less than a quarter mile from Main Beach and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Make the easy 5-minute drive to the Fernandina Beach Historic District and enjoy the charming downtown area with many great shops and dining options.
This condo has a fantastic layout in the main area (kitchen, dining, and living room) and boasts some of the best views on the island from this living space and the private balcony. With very nice updates, it is also well stocked with all the essentials. This is the perfect place for a beach getaway!
Please note that parking is limited in this complex and this unit only has one reserved spot. Larger vehicles will fit in the parking space, but are more difficult to maneuver in the parking area. Please inquire for more information and rates. We look forward to hearing from you!
