This stunning open concept design features an infinity pool and outdoor bbq area that will wow your guests and make friends at home green with envy.

Casa Agua is perfect for families or groups of friends. Parking for 2 cars inside the garage, 4 bedrooms with full bathrooms and big closets, 70" smart TV in the living room, and large dining area.

Please note: This villa has only one (1) available parking space.

Quiet neighbourhood centrally located within steps of amenities and a short walk to the beach

Getting Around:
We have a garage available for two cars and street parking. Renting a bike or golf cart will help you get around town faster, but isn’t necessary.

Other Things to Note:
Liberia international airport is about 1-1.5 hours away from the villa depending on traffic. Tamarindo is one of the most popular beach towns in Costa Rica with a beautiful beach and many amazing restaurants. The villa includes one dedicated parking space inside the garage. However, please be aware that the owner also keeps a vehicle parked there.
