The development is a quick three-minute drive to Flamingo Beach, where there is an abundance of beachside restaurants, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing. This condo is also a short 5-minute drive to the popular grocery store Super Massai. Medical, dental, and pharmacy services are also located within a five-minute drive.

Membership to the Sailing Center is now included in your stay at this home! This membership includes a variety of discounts (50% off rental of equipment, boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, Happy Hour specials, and more!). The Costa Rica Sailing Center is a popular hub of activity for vacationers and locals alike.
