The rooms has oversized windows and doors, ensuring abundant natural light, enjoying central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. Deck extends from the office, offering serene outdoor space. Three bedrooms include workspaces, two with semi-private decks, the 2nd floor bedroom a private balcony. The large master bath with a steam shower, massage bathtub and sauna can service as a spa.  For large groups, the lower-level bunk room. with adjoining bathroom. offers extra space, with adjacent game and TV room providing entertainment for younger guests. 

The grand room, with majestic views of Brickyard Cove, features contemporary seating by the fireplace, a spacious dining area working well for small to large gatherings, an open kitchen fully equipped for any size group, the island seating 5 to 8 for breakfasts. The large western deck, enhancing the living space with ample outdoor seating, is equipped with a grill, a griddle, and a pizza oven. As needed, private chefs can be arranged for meal preparations and special events. Or, from Bow Street Market, close by in Freeport, a cooked lobster dinner and more can be ordered and delivered.

Indoor amenities include the large master bath serving as a spa, multiple dedicated workplaces with seating on adjoining decks, toys for children of all ages plus multiple infant support items.
