Why they chose this property

My wife and I have a villa and these 2 apartments in this neighborhood. The villa is called Villa Phoenix View.
We love to give all people of this world a chance to enjoy Curacao and especially this beautiful neighborhood with its wonderful view through our properties.
This neighborhood (Mahaai) is an upscale neighborhood very centrally located on the island. It is very safe and very close to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, city center, medical centers etc.

What makes this property unique

These apartments are located on top of a hill in a very safe neighborhood with a beautiful view. They are very cool because of the constant breeze. They are beautiful decorated with modern equipment's and have a nice large pool.
What makes them unique is the fact that you get a nice apartment with pool in a nice neighborhood that is located within 5 to 15 minutes drive to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, etc. All of this for a very cheap price!
