Guests can also enjoy a private dock with paddle boards & kayaks, and nearby parks offer a variety of activities. This isn't just a place to stay; it's a dream destination!

- Access to our dock is restricted by a pipe - anything taller than a pontoon+bimini up, won't fit
- There is a public ramp a mile from our dock
- Life vests are required when using the paddle boards or kayaks. Life vests are provided.
- Margaritaville is about 30-35 minutes away by boat
- Pelican Pete's is about 15 minutes by boat
- This is Georgia - please don't be alarmed by the occasional ant, frog, lizard, spider or other wildlife
- Deer can be spotted almost every evening on the property

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay! The house had an amazing layout and was perfect for our family. Tons of games and toys for kids, great common room with beautiful windows for the views, a hot tub and great location! Awesome property for families with kids. Tons of games for all ages. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Coffee bars on each floor are well stocked for most any coffee lover. Very quiet property surrounded by forest that allows for no noise from neighbors. If you are going to use the dock on the lake it is a bit of a hike down a steep hill and of course back up to the property. You cannot see the dock from the house. Multiple decks at the house are well stocked with comfortable outside furniture. Miniature golf course on site is an awesome option. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway that is 10 minutes from downtown Gainesville, GA.

We had such a great experience here!First, the house is wonderful - well designed and decorated, and cozy. The amenities are great - kept us entertained and in good spirits. The location is top-notch - right close to town, but it also feels like you're a little in your own, private world there. And only about a minute's walk from the lake. The surroundings are so beautiful - we saw deer, snow, clear nights and skies... it was everything we could hope for in a getaway house.And on top of it, Zeke and Amy were helpful, quick to reply to messages and request, and just super nice and understanding throughout our stay. Our trip was unusual in that it was a long one, and we had some unique requests, and they were great hosts.Can't say enough good things about it overall - we were there in the middle of winter this time, but are hoping we can come back in the summer and see it in full bloom.
