Admiral's Sandy Beach Villa is located in the southern part of lake Lanier, near Aqualand Marina and across from Port Royale Marina. A mansion next door to the Chalet was used for different scenes of the Ozark TV series. This feature-rich chalet offers stunning lake views, 2 outdoor TVs to enjoy the games with friends and family in a great ambiance, large game room, wide terrace, and upscale bar to entertain. And the front and back sliding doors yield amazing see-through lake views.
Admiral's Sandy Beach Villa offers 2 bedrooms on main, and 2 additional bedrooms at the terrace level and 4 full baths. A fully appointed kitchen on main, and a second kitchen, plus a bar in the game room, which opens up to a wide porch with ping pong table, fire pit, 2 dining tables and umbrellas, and wide-open lake views. And parking galore!
The walk to the lake is level and short, two wishes that rarely come together so nicely on this lake. The back of the Villa hugs the main body of the lake in one full embrace almost too wide to grasp but so divinely beautiful.
