The Anderson Cottage is 10 minutes from the airport and campus with wifi free to use, and a fast 5 minute drive to Bill Snyder Stadium for Caturdays, perfect for a weekend or extended stay. This upper unit of our duplex vacation rental home is an excellent choice for fans attending KSU events, group getaways, weekend or long-term stays, business and solo travel, and is setup well for families as it sleeps up to 7 people, 3-bedroom, 1-bath. Beautiful backyard with fire-pit and relaxing living room with a TV featuring HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Disney+.

Spend some time in our comfortable and relaxed retreat in wonderful MHK! Bring the family or your group of friends and enjoy our three bedroom, one bathroom space, with a large yard that is partially fenced in. We love to enjoy the stunning Kansas sunsets on the porch or by the fire pit, so utilize our outdoor space and amenities! The chairs, grill and yard games around the fire pit is free to use. Perfect for refreshing get-away, accommodating for families (pack-n-play and highchair available upon request).

You'll love the Anderson Cottage! This upper unit of our duplex vacation rental home is an excellent choice for fans attending KSU events, group getaways, weekend or long-term stays, business and solo travel, and is setup well for families. Our kitchen is fully equipped and available for your use as well! Complimentary coffee, creamer, bottled water, bath soaps, shampoo and conditioner are also provided.

Traveling with a group larger than 7? Send us a message to see about bundling our upper and lower unit for additional beds and space! But don’t worry, these units have completely private access to each with no interior access to one another!

Bryce expended great effort to keep me in the loop on the process and offer to answer any questions. The cottage provided great common space for 4 old college buddies to gather in MHK. The cottage has character, somewhat reminiscent of our ol' college house (ok, floor creaks a little walking down the hallway, but so do our bodies :-).

Had difficulty entering the property. Door lock did not work property. Fortunately, the owner contacted me by phone while struggling with the lock and they were able to remotely reset the code which then worked fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute home in Manhattan. We stayed in the upper portion and it was 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, nice kitchen & beautiful huge backyard with lots of shade trees. The house sits back from the main road so that offers nice privacy. There is a huge driveway to park in with tons of space. The owner was great with communication and it was very affordable. It was so kind to provide coffee, creamer & condiments & various basic things you need for your stay. We all greatly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again. Maybe the only I prefer is blinds or black out shades. I like to sleep with no lights. I would also add night lights in the rooms & bathroom. Thanks for everything, you were a great host and very kind.
