"Serenity" is a peaceful sanctuary in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mtns with views of the Jemez and the badlands. Designed for productivity and relaxation, the main level features a bright main level, home office and opens to several patios and spacious garden areas, including a unique labyrinth and soothing saltwater hot tub. Hummingbirds will delight you from April through October and the stars will mezmerize on a clear night.

Just 15-20 minutes north of SF, 5 minutes from the Four Seasons resort & Tesuque Village—home to El Nido & Tesuque Village Market. Close to the Opera.

No pets allowed. Take a break and unwind at peaceful "Serenity".

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Make sure the washing machine/dryer doors are open

Turn down hot tub to 80 and securely fasten the top

Turn off all mini splits, turn off all lights EXCEPT outside (leave on), lock doors, return garage opener to basket, keys to lockbox, close front gate and make sure gate is closed to labrynth

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO one under 16 allowed in Hot tub unsupervised

Quiet Hours from10pm until 9am and no excessive noise, loud music, shouting anytime outside

This is a non smoking home inside and outside if you cannot abide by this please rent elsewhere. This is for you and your guests.
