THE RESIDENCE - Luxurious property furnished to a luxury hotel's brand standards..

Residence is located in the El Corazon de Santa Fe complex just 2 blocks North and 1 block West of Santa Fe's downtown plaza and immediately across the street from Santa Fe's Convention Center.

The Bedrooms -

All 3 Bedrooms include sumptuous Sterns and Foster mattresses clothed in quality pillows, linens and spreads.

Easy access downstairs is a Queen bed with direct French door connection to the professionally landscaped patio. The downstairs bedroom offers direct passage to the adjoining bath with soothing shower.

Upstairs Queen bedroom is an ensuite with bath containing a shower.

The Master Bedroom adjoins a private balcony with mountain views and on summer evenings the sounds of Santa Fe Bandstand playing 2 blocks away. On cool spring, fall and winter evenings and nights you will enjoy the room's private Kiva fireplace for warmth and romance. The Master Bedroom is appointed with a tall King bed, sitting area, Samsung Smart TV and Bluetooth clock radio for bringing along your personal tunes. The Master Bedroom's ensuite bath includes double sink vanity, full width mirror, whirlpool tub and large glass shower with massaging shower head and bench.

The Patios -

On ground level you will find a pleasantly landscaped street side patio with seating for 4 at a table in front of a full size, outdoor, gas log fireplace. The patio boasts two more lounging chairs with table/footstool for keeping your drinks close at hand.

The Kitchen -

Equipped with service for 8 (we can accommodate expansion for more prior to your arrival on request). Breakfast area in kitchen seats 4. Stainless steel appliances include full size Jenn Aire refrigerator with in-door water and ice, 6 burner gas range, full size oven, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include Cuisinart Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven and 2 slice Toaster. Caphalon Stainless and non-stick cookware are provided in the unlikely event you want to forego the countless culinary adventures Santa Fe has to offer within walking distance of the residence.

The Dining Area -

A large tressell table provides ample seating for 6. A provided extension and inclusion of chairs from the breakfast table extends dining area capacity to 10 for entertaining or adding meals with family members renting other units in the El Corazon de Santa Fe complex. Dimmer capable lighting and provided candles combine to create a custom atmosphere to enjoy your vacation meal with family and friends.

Lovely stay, well appointed, great location

Everything about our stay was great. Attentive, considerate hosts with a well appointed house. It’s within walking distance of the plaza and the restaurants in Santa Fe. Three bedrooms with comfy beds and en suite bathrooms. Nice patio area. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay

Beautiful home that is clean and well appointed. The owner had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We have stayed at many VRBO properties, but this property was one of the very best. Walking distance to the plaza is a bonus. If you choose this property you won’t be disappointed. It is a jewel in the heart of Santa Fe.

Exploring Santa Fe

The apartment was perfect for our trip of 3 couples. It was very comfortable and had a great location. We walked to the Plaza and even down to Canyon Rd . The kitchen was well appointed and even had a great basket of snacks.

The home is beautiful, well built and perfectly set up for our six adults to stay there in 3 BR and 3 bathes. A better value than 3 nights at any DT hotel room. Walkable to everything in DT Santa Fe. We would rent again!

Family weekend getaway

The property was the nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The home was spacious and beautiful, very well appointed, excellent location. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The outdoor fireplace was wonderful for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers as well as late evening drinks after a night out. The host was very helpful and accommodating, I would definitely recommend this to friends and hope to stay here again.

Great location and great property

The property is great and spacious for the 4 of us who stayed here. Each room with their own bathroom and tv is wonderful. Kitchen is updated with quality appliances. Checking in was very easy and was very clean upon arrival. Host took the time to communicate days up to our trip to make sure any questions were answered ahead of time when possible. Location was great with an easy walk (10 min) to the Santa Fe plaza to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Santa Fe with the girls!

Great home right is the heart of Santa Fe Square area. Easy walking distance to tons of sites. Home was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home--comfortable beds, plenty of dishes and wine glasses 😉, sharp knives for cutting fruit and cheese (no cooking for us this trip), indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Loved this property! The only regret about staying here is that we hadn't stayed longer.

Perfect Santa Fe Getaway!

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a girls' trip and it was perfect! The townhouse is very conveniently located near the plaza, where we spent most of our time. It's easy to walk to and from the plaza. The townhouse was perfectly clean, stocked with water bottles, some light snacks, and toiletry supplies. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook and dine there. I would highly recommend this lovely townhome for your next Santa Fe stay!

Girl’s Trip

I stayed at Kerry’s property with two of my friends. The layout was perfect as we all had our own separate spaces to relax. The condo itself was pristine and Kerry was available at all times for any questions. We were walking distance to the Plaza which was exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and we felt safe at all times. I would highly recommended staying at this location. You can’t go wrong.

Awesome place!

We rented 2 of Kerry's condos (side by side) and both were immaculate and well appointed. From the case of water to a snack basket, and a blender (for our morning smoothies) we only needed to add our handful of breakfast items. The location was within walking distance to many of the restaurants and galleries we visited. Kerry was always quickly responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend.

After a nomadic start, in 1995 I moved to New Mexico and got snared into the Enchantment. My journey landed me in Santa Fe in 2012... I still cannot yet explain the incredible that Santa Fe is. We look forward to our Santa Fe stays, every evening to trying a new restaurant, returning to one of our favorites which we don't do much because there are so many description defies us. I just have to invite you to come taste for yourself.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property for what realtors cite as the 3 most important aspects of real estate - Location, Location, Location. Number 4 on our lists of loves is that we can walk to so many restaurants that we have not completed a count of them and new possibilities present regularly. We eat out a lot and all we know is the count is greater than 100! Number 5, The Santa Fe Plaza 3 blocks away, the center of it all, and free concerts every weeknight in summer. Number 6, a quality built, safe property with access and temperature controlled underground garage. Number 7, helpful, friendly, dedicated people managing the property to make sure all owners and guests are completely satisfied. Number 8, Street side patio sitting allows conversation with passerbys of geographical and cultural diversity. Number 9, 3 Bedrooms/3 Ensuite Baths. Number 10, Grocery stores in walking distance.
