This ideally located property with 3 houses & backyard is the closest thing to a fairytale life you can find in Kanab! It's located in the heart of the town, but you'd never know it. Pretend you're lost in a magical, shaded oasis as you kick your feet up on the back patio and relax. The park-like backyard with a hot tub, pool table, indoor gym & sauna, and yard games is the ideal place for large gatherings. Located in downtown Kanab with a variety of hiking, recreation, shops and restaurants, parks, live entertainment & concerts, and more just a hop, skip and jump from your front door.

Grammie’s Kanab Retreat consists of 3 houses and a private park-like backyard for guests to enjoy. The Manor sleeps 10, the Cottage sleeps 8, and the Casita sleeps 7 (please see specific descriptions below). Guests are welcome to bring air mattresses, sleeping bags, cots, etc to accommodate up to 2 additional guests in the Cottage and 3 additional guests in the Casita $10 charge/night/additional guest. & bring RVs/campers/trailers and set up tents for a small fee. Message host for specific details. All guests and animals required to be disclosed in reservation.

Guests to Grammie's Kanab Retreat are welcome to bring air mattresses or sleeping bags to accommodate larger groups. However, fire code permits only 10 guests to sleep in each unit.

Grammie’s Manor offers stunningly unique features that ensure your vacation is memorable. As you head upstairs, the fairytale begins! You'll find a captivating loft that's sure to bring out the kid in everyone. The rest of the home provides more than enough space for your guests, with a large living room, office, and bedrooms on the lower level.

The master suite is on the main floor and has a king bed, two closets, and a TV. Its large ensuite bathroom is sure to impress with its very own TV, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and private toilet room.

The upstairs loft is every kid's dream (and the young at heart!) with its imaginative design. You'll find a shared bedroom/play area which has a single twin bed in the main loft and two twin beds tucked away next to each other in their own special area. The loft isn't just a spot for the kids to get some Zzzzz, it's also a place for them to hang out! Other features include a built-in desk, storage cubby, dresser, and large window seat. The loft has its own bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. Chances are you won't see the kids during the entire time you're here because they'll want to spend all of their time in this one-of-a-kind space playing make-believe!

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, toaster, pots, pans, griddle, hand mixer, blender, baking dish, cookie sheets, and mixing bowls. You can choose to enjoy your meal at the kitchen dining table, or in the cozy den that has more seating. The den also boasts two couches providing ample space for everyone.

The sun-filled living room is an inviting space to gather with its couch and loveseat, lounge chair, fireplace and a piano that's waiting to have fun sing-alongs.

There's more magic downstairs, which opens up into a spacious living area with a large sectional couch, TV, fireplace, and closet. There's a private office you can use, a spacious laundry room with double washers & dryers and laundry sink, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. While the loft is more suitable to sleeping children and youth, Grammie's Manor can sleep 3-4 guests on the couches on the main level and basement rather than those people climbing into the loft area, to still accommodate a total of 10 guests.

The downstairs bunk room has twin and full bunk beds, a dresser, and closet.

The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own private kitchenette complete with mini fridge, microwave, sink and barstool. This bedroom also has its own dresser, and double closets, making for the perfect private getaway.

Come make some memories in this charming cottage located just steps from downtown. This lovely cottage has everything you need. A bedroom with 2 Queen beds, one Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a loveseat couch, and a folding cot (weight limit 200 lbs). Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Spectacular view of the southern Utah sunrise and sunset.

Recharge in our cute and cozy 1 bed, 1 bath cottage with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Just a block from downtown Kanab, you can enjoy taking evening strolls around town. Our home is furnished with 2 queen beds and one sofa sleeper.

Upon entry, you'll notice the tasteful decor. Sit, drink, chat, and relax in the cozy living room. Pop some popcorn and put on a late-night movie on the large TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home. Gather around the dining table to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it's work or play.

The large, tranquil bedroom boasts 2 Queen beds. Snuggle up in the comfy bed for a movie night and awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring! The living room has a sofa sleeper and loveseat, and there is a cot in the closet to accommodate extra guests.

Take a refreshing shower in the ensuite bathroom which is stocked with bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Don't go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes, be sure to use our washer & dryer to get those clothes sparkling clean before departure!

Grammie’s Casita has double French doors that open up to the amazing backyard. The large, completely open studio style floor plan is the ideal place to host gatherings and large events. The living room has a large TV, a queen sofa bed and two chairs as well as a queen bed, a full-size Murphy bed cleverly tucked away in the closet, and a cot.

The jaw-dropping barn wood kitchen will wow you with its dining table, 4 chairs, huge bar, complete with 6 bar stools to sit and enjoy an ice-cold drink. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a flat top grill, commercial sink, stovetop, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, pizza pan, baking dish, cookie sheets, pots, and pans. There's also a washer & dryer and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and barn wood vanity, continuing the rustic theme.

The Backyard:

The big, shady backyard is a lovely retreat. With lush green grass and large trees overhead, you and your family will love spending time here. The private park-like backyard is the ideal place for large gatherings, including: weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate team building, ect. Across the yard, you'll find an old sheep camp wagon and fish pond. We also have yard games for your enjoyment. Message Host to schedule your event, to be sure we can accommodate you and answer any questions. The back patio offers a seating area for 6 and three firepits for chilly nights. There are outdoor camp chairs available for each unit.

Lay your head down for the evening between heading off to your next destination, or come and stay a while and enjoy the amazing area.
