What a condo! What a view! Bring your pet and boat, and enjoy the beautiful Ozarks!

This property has so much to offer, and we guarantee that you will not find a condo as close to the lake as these in the Emerald Pointe community. The floor plan is open, so everyone will have plenty of space to spread out and relax. If you love the water, this is the condo for you! The property is steps away from the Table Rock Lake shore, and there is an adjacent marina and a pool on-site. Inside the condo you will find all the amenities you expect in a luxury property - free wifi, incredible views, an elevator to your condo level, stainless appliances, and so much more.

PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines!

You will love the feel of this condo the moment you walk in - bright colors, an open floor plans, and original signed art by Branson entertainer Yakov Smirnoff - come see what guests are raving about!

- Living Area -
The living area has large windows, so you'll get to enjoy beautiful views and so much natural light in the space. There is beautiful new flooring throughout the space, and we've included a sleeper sofa (fitted with luxury linens, of course) to accommodate two extra guests. There is also a large flat screen television and several movies (including Yakov's comedy specials) for you to enjoy as well.

- Two Bedrooms -
The two bedroom suites are located on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet and private. Both bedrooms have an attached bath, and our guests tell us all the time that we have the most comfortable beds they have ever slept on. The master suite connects to a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second bedroom connects to its own standard full bath.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room -
The kitchen and dining area looks out to the lake through large windows. The views are incredible in any season, and the dining room provides seating for six. There is also a breafast bar for additional seating or just a quick snack. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything to make any meal - whether you are warming something up or cooking a five-course meal. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer.

- Additional Information -
The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake.The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. Fall is a beautiful time to visit Hollister/Branson. We came to do some fishing. Not much luck. We did enjoy our time downtown at Branson Landing. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The condo, location and neighborhood was fantastic. What a beautiful view from the back deck as well looking over the balcony. The pool was wonderful and perfect for our girls. Everything was great, but rated a 4 because the comforter did not look very clean as there were stains on it. We took it off of the bed as soon as we got there. We had some issues with the washer as well. The maintenance person was great to work with and stayed in communication all the time with us about it. Overall we loved the stay though and it was perfect for our family.
