Make LA memories at this spacious 4bd/3bth family home with free parking and private backyard/patio.
Perfect for families or business travelers with comfortable beds, quality linens, dedicated workspace, fast internet, smart TV's, indoor/outdoor games & amenities.
Quick access to all that LaLaLand has to offer including major freeways (405 & 101), Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Monica/Venice Beach, Downtown, Burbank/LAX airports, and many more LA attractions.
Located in the Lake Balboa district, a jazzy fully furnished 4 bd/3 bth home with a private backyard/patio. Also, 2 full kitchens and dining rooms with all necessary cookware/flatware. (The in-law suite comes with its own full kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry facilities... winning!)
The backyard features a large patio and seating area to relax and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets, with handmade raised planter boxes and a custom made corn-hole game set. Additionally there is an ancient avocado tree and a Meyer lemon tree.
This home has 2 Full Kitchens including: stove, oven, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, cookware, plates, bowls, glassware, utensils, and kids serve ware.
Guests will have access to the entire house and private backyard/patio to themselves.
Note: The in-law suite has no direct access to the main house, guests staying in the in-law suite must exit outside and enter the house through another entrance.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close and lock all windows.
Sunday-Tuesday checkouts - please take the blue (recycle) and black (trash) bins on the driveway down to the curb for Wednesday morning collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
