I am from Memphis, Tn. My family has a long history in the Florida panhandle and I have family still residing in the area. I have been on the staff of 2nd Presbyterian Church of Memphis, Tn for the past 28 years. I love this beautiful area of our country.
Why they chose this property
Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. Nestled against Point Washington State Forrest the neighborhood has its own access to the trail system for the forest.
What makes this property unique
Blue Fish cottage is close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. It is unique because it has only one neighboring property. There is a park/common area to the east side and a finger of the state forest across the back of the property.
