Master BR features King bed and master bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each remaining bedroom features a Queen bed. One fold out sofa in living room. Full porch ( front) with seating. Full porch (screened) back with seating area and 4-seat bistro table. Patio and grill with additional seating and dining. 52 inch flat screen TV in Living Room. All bedrooms have TVs. 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts in neighborhood. Access to Point Washington State Park nature trail. Perfect area for biking. Close to Seaside.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. Nestled against Point Washington State Forrest the neighborhood has its own access to the trail system for the forest.
What makes this property unique
Blue Fish cottage is close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. It is unique because it has only one neighboring property. There is a park/common area to the east side and a finger of the state forest across the back of the property.
