The property was in a good location. It was pet friendly and there wasn't any negative neighbors that I encountered. The host Hugo was easy going and I didn't have a problem reaching him fir questions or assistance. I would recommend if you are on a reasonable budget. I would rent again.

This rental is 1/2 of an old two bedroom condo. ROACHES are obvious in the evening I had to sleep with the lights on. Roaches, about 6-8 I saw my first night, and several fell from the vents. I quickly called customer service I want a full refund. The owner did not respond and I had to leave immediately and pay for a month at a big name hotel. I had booked for several weeks, lost all my money leaving within 3 days,and that was a financial catastrophe. Roaches were in my bags, sheets, and I found them under his sink. I was offered $100 for my problem, they said roaches were a previous complaint. Trust me, ROACHES are everywhere!! This place was disgusting. It is very old and in disrepair inside. For example, the sliding glass door has not a curtain but a torn shower curtain. The floor is coming off vinyl laminate. Loose wires hang, an outdated tv, the sink leaks, there is no freezer. There is construction all morning M-F at 8 am loud saws and hammers. There are tat boxes even and I saw a rat in my walk way several times.
