PGA Castle Pines stay

Pga golf

Good for short stays , but very busy area traffic wise. Beautiful sunsets out of patio windows.

Edin was quick and pleasant to work with during our stay. We loved how stocked the apartment was with so many special details-coffee makers, microwave, air fryer/toaster, blender, hair dryer, toiletries, batteries, laundry detergent, spices, the list goes on! The size is perfect for 2, comfortable bed, coach, patio seating and dining table. The amenities looked amazing-pools, sport court, golf, walking and biking trails. We were off site most days and the location of the condo was perfect to so many great restaurants, stores, movie theaters and easy access to the freeway. When we return we definitely will be booking again!

The kitchen area was very SMALL. I never got hot water from the kitchen sink. The bath room sink got hot only after letting the water run a long time. There were paper towels between the dishes. Cornell ware would be a better item. The garbage can was very tiny. It needs to be larger. They were smaller than the ones in our hotel room. There needs to be a lighted alarm clock. The clock over the bathroom door didn’t work. The patio chair had white paint on one of them. The area didn’t look clean. How are the dishes and silverware cleaned after someone leaves? There’s no dishwasher! I didn’t like the wire hangers. The plastic ones are cheap and better. Food that needs to be refrigerated needs to be thrown out after someone leave so a future tenant doesn’t get sick!!! It needs a salt & pepper not a lg contain of salt in the cabinet. There really isn’t an counter space to work on. There’s an electric fry pan. How would you clean it??? Not in the 9x11 sink in the kitchen. Where would you put it to use it and plug it in? The ice cube tray sucks. No napkins. The top sheet was very small as was the cover. When ever any one moved in bed, the other person felt it. Wish there was more dresser space than just 3 draws and 2 in the one night stand. Our phones and iPads had to be put on the floor and plugged into the outlet strip. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, soap for the washing mach Loved the 2 box’s of tissues. Loved that the TV had a sleep setting.

Nice place but very cluttered

Clean efficiency perfect for my husband and I! Great pool! Not enough space for us to put our things. 3 drawers for us plus half a closet for us staying here for two weeks. No place to put luggage.

Cute little condo, just right for me. Beautiful landscaping, beautiful pool area. Being a senior I'm thinking non-slip appliques and a grab handle in the the tub would be good. Parking was difficult in the evening, they should have assigned parking spaces. There were times I had a long walk back to the condo after seeking and finding parking. There should be an assigned parking area for outside visitors. I would to go back unless I was traveling with a friend, then might seek a larger place.

PGA VILLAGE IS A WONDERFUL COMMUNITY. THERE ARE DAILY ACTIVITIES FOR EVERYONE. NOT A GOLFER YOU CAN PLAY TENNIS, SWIM, DANCE, LIFT WEIGHTS, WALK, GARDEN, SHOPPING 5 MINUTES AWAY. THERE IS A SMALL PATIO YOU CAN SIT OUTSIDE AND ENJOY THE SUN OR YOU CAN HANGOUT AT THE POOL.

What makes this property unique

WEATHER IS FLORIDA IS SUNNY AND HOT, AVERAGE TEMP 80 DEGREES. EXCELLENT FOR A RETREAT FROM THE COLD.
