Serene beachfront estate located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms inside main home and one half bath and shower outdoors. Kitchen is modern and kitchen table looks out onto a breathtaking view, as does the living room. From the large porch, you watch the picture-perfect sunsets over the ocean, then take a walk along the beach only three steps away. Additional building has another bedroom for your guest but that has an additional fee. You will spot to local sea turtles and in the winter whales pass by daily. You can swim, snorkel, hike, ride horses, watch a polo match all within walking distance. This rate is for 6 people an additional fee is added to booking with more than 6 guests. General Excise Tax License GE-026-583-1424-01. Status of Vacation Rental Legislation on Oahu. The City Council of Oahu signed Bill 41 into law in April 2022. A preliminary injunction is in place allowing properties like mine to continue to rent for 30 days. I will block all rentals for the required 30 days but you can book a minimum two week stay.

180 Degree Ocean Views!!

Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu this beautiful home provides you with peace, serenity, and a a true glimpse of what island life was meant to be. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. Plenty of ocean activities like snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding are also available. Can't wait for the opportunity to stay there again!

First thing was the great communication with the Cedar our host. She made us feel so welcomed and was very flexible about the hour we flew in, to be there for a tour and showing us the house so we knew where everything was. The views were stunning and even better then described! Couldn't have been any better. I think my favorite part was sitting in the jacuzzi at night watching the sunset. My kids loved the beach. It had such easy access and a convenient outdoor shower to use(with warm water) to wash off all that sand. Cedar let us use all the boggie boards and chairs, towels, toys for the kids, surf boards, snorkel gear. I felt secure with a code to get into the front gate. If there was anything needed, Cedar took care of it. We ran out of propane for the BBQ and without having to say anything she went and filled it up and got a new BBQ. We are from a colder and drier climate so the a/c' s in each room were a life saver for us. We were celebrating my mom's 81st birthday. It was perfect for her. She could be a part of everything we were doing outside and there weren't a lot of stairs for her to use. We saw a monk seal, crabs and Turtles!! About 25 to 20 feet away from us. Wow... Thanks for letting us make wonderful family memories Cedar!

Best Beachfront Vacation Spot in the North Shore!

Our family had an amazing time time here in the North Shore! We stayed for a month and when we arrived we instantly fell in love with the property!!! From the moment we walked through those green doors, we knew we were "home" for the month and it was going to be an amazing experience! Like everyone said on the reviews, the pictures of the property was accurate, even better in person, pictures don't do this property justice! We were greeted by Cedar the property owner and she explained everything to us in detail. There were no questions I had afterwards on how to use any of the stuff in the house. House was nice and clean and was equipped with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. All the rooms had windows facing the ocean so we literally had beachview everywhere we turned. My husband worked from home and Cedar provided us with tables and office chair to create the perfect office! Other amenities that was provided on property that we used were: snorkel gear, boogie boards, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, life jackets, paddle boards and surfboards. Cedar was a great host and loved hearing about all of her travel experiences! She also knew of great free snorkel spots to visit! During our stay we saw sea turtles multiple days and even a monk seal swam by, he might've stayed but our kids were so excited they might've scared it away. The house is literally on the beach, you can't get any closer than this! We were mesmerized by the daily sunrise and sunsets! My daughter's favorite was sunset swimming and then hopping into the jacuzzi afterwards! We spent many evenings outside in the lanai having dinner and bbq on the grill. Thank you Cedar for your hospitality! We were given an experience of a lifetime that our children will forever have in their memories!!! Can't wait to come back! This property is located about 10 mins from Waialua cute little town with a farmers market and great local eats, 15 minutes from Haleiwa with all the popular/tourist eats and great shopping!! We found so many cool food trucks to eat each night! 20 minutes from Waimea Bay/Falls. Our family highly recommends this Vacation Property!!!

Incomparable, exclusive location - unbelievable comfort - quiet neighborly setting - idyllic to say the least. As Gilligan's Island or Robinson Crusoe as you can get - except with every comfort you can imagine. Your host has you covered with everything you need and more. Just pack your slippas, a change of clothes, surf trunks and your toothbrush and you're set.

Awesome Place to Stay in North Shore

“My house on the beach” was awesome. The location, décor and comfort of this home was more than we expected. Our host/owner treated us like if we were family, Thank you Cedar for making us feel like your home was ours! The location was perfectly located right on the ocean in your private oasis steps away from the sandy beach. Each morning, sitting on the deck enjoying the sunrise we looked forward to watching the local surfers. In the afternoons, after enjoying the sandy beach and playing in the ocean, we took advantage of the outdoor shower (which we are now going to install at our house). The kitchen was fully stocked which made it enjoyable when cooking meals, which we enjoyed eating on the deck listening and watching the ocean. Which brings me to all the Humpback whales we saw from our deck, they were very entertaining. The beds were comfortable as we slept throughout each night.

Relaxing getaway

The house and location is beautiful. We had an amazing time swimming, snorkeling, bike riding paddle boarding, seashell finding, playing yards games and so much more, thanks to everything that Cedar’s home provides. The ocean views from all the rooms were breathtaking and she has the cutest beach/hawaii theme inside. It truly was an unforgettable experience. We can’t thank Cedar enough for being a gracious and lovely host who was always there if/when we needed her. We loved and recommend her home!

Best Beach Vacation Ever

This beach house is absolutely amazing. The house is great (just as pictured, only better), the location is great (far from the hustle and bustle, yet close to restaurants), and the beach is absolutely unbelievably wonderful. The house was comfortable and well stocked, and has lots of fluffy towels. Cedar was so very helpful from start to finish and I cannot recommend this house and experience more highly. If there were 20 stars, I'd give it a 20 star rating!! Thank you, Cedar, for a home base for our Trip of a Lifetime!

Steps from the Ocean best view!!!

The beautiful home by the beach was as advertised. Amazing views from every room. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The home has everything you need or want for the perfect beach vacation! My Husband and I have stayed at a lot of amazing places throughout the years and none of them compare to this home and its amazing view! Easy to get to and not too far from town for supplies or shopping. Shrimp trucks are a must in Haleiwa. North shore surfing beaches Banzai, back wall and sunset beaches aren’t far away. Cedar Kenhoe was a great host and explained everything to us when we arrived. My favorite spot was the back deck in the early morning I saw 2 whales and lots of skydivers with their parachutes coming down. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely beach house with us. We are already planning to come back in June with our two girls so they can experience the beautiful spot. Thank for everything! Rick and Ginger!!!

Nice property with beautiful views of the bay and out to the ocean.

The home was well equipped with lots of dishes, towels and beach toys. We used the boogie boards, a paddle board, beach chairs and mats. The outdoor half bath was useful and the outdoor shower so handy. We also rented the guest room attached to one of the garages for a few nights when we needed a 4th bedroom. The home had been vacuumed/mopped before our arrival but it could use a deep cleaning to wipe out drawers, clean corners and baseboards/doors, appliances, etc. We were impacted by the renter and his guests at times, but if the suite above the garage is not rented out you would have the house/yard to yourselves. Cedar is a good communicator and a very welcoming hostess, and the caretaker next door was especially helpful and friendly. The drive to town for restaurants and bars only takes about 10 minutes and my kids caught an Uber home for about $16. This is a nice spot removed from the hustle and crowds of the city. Watch skydivers from the yard and beach, go a few blocks up the road to watch them land at Dillingham Field, and maybe you will decide to try it. We did, and have no regrets!

This is a stunning home in a beautiful part of Oahu.

The property is located on what is, in essence, a private neighborhood beach, and the home itself is large, comfortable, beautiful and well-equipped. Between the property location, the house itself, and the graciousness of the owner, my family and I felt immediately at home. If this home is available, and you are fortunate enough to rent it, you will be very glad you did. Long-term vacation rentals don’t get much better than this.

Most amazing rental ever!

This rental is as amazing as it looks in the pictures. The home is beautiful and clean, and the oceanfront location is unbeatable. We stayed with our 3 year old and infant, and the grass lawn as well as the easy access to a private beach was amazing. There are other rentals on the property, and occasionally the owner stays in the property, so it is not completely private. However, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is very close to the dillingham ranch as well as the dillingham airfield, both of which were lovely to walk. We stayed here the majority of the time without a vehicle. Cedar is an excellent communicator, and there is a property manager next door. This would not be a good house for a group that likes to party hard, but is ideal for families or responsible adults. There is some upkeep of the house that is required such as washing windows, managing hot tub chemicals, and cleaning the house upon departure- but again, we would stay here again. The house had all the amenities that one could want- including spices and all kitchen tools you could want- such as a juicer, a kitchenaid mixer, a rice cooker, and more. The entire property was very clean with wonderful linens and high quality everything. Thank you for an absolutely amazing maternity leave, Cedar. Your home is so amazing!

Beautiful location & property - amazing coastline!

The house provided everything we could have wanted in accommodations, and it was more than adequate for our family and guest. The setting along the ocean made this the ultimate experience in Hawaii - we were able to use Cedar's kayaks and paddle boards right outside the house with a reef that was great for snorkeling and protective enough for beginner paddle board users. The sound of the surf and the frequent sightings of whales were a bonus - thanks! Steve

Heaven on Earth...breathtakingly beautiful!!

Our stay at this lovely property was amazing! The home is stunning. It's obvious the owners take pride in sharing their beautiful home, with all the amenities needed for a fantastic getaway. The grounds are well-maintained and the home offers all the comforts one could expect, with astounding beauty in every direction! The location offers quiet solitude, with local amenities a short drive away. Loved the little town of Haleiwa, and surf competitions on the North Shore! With an ocean playground literally steps away, there's no need to venture far for relaxation. We enjoyed feeling like a local, and highly recommend this home for anyone looking to experience island life in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Beautiful home with great views and amenities

This property is right on the water! There are not too many people on the beach which is nice when you want to get away from the crowds. The outdoor patio is great for taking in the sunset. Parking was very easy with our rental car as there was a designated parking space in the driveway. The home is also beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. in order to make meals during the day. We hiked the Kaena Point Trail which is not too far of a drive. It is also very easy to get to the town of Waialua to explore the shops and restaurants located there. I would definitely return again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I am retired and very flexible as to when I come and go. I often travel when someone has booked my home. I love scuba diving and travelling. I can be very flexible with dates you might need. My minimum booking for the main house is 2 weeks.

This home is purchased because it is on the beach and gorgeous. I love being three steps from the beach and listening to the sounds of the waves all day. I rent out both the main house and the guest suite and the extra bedroom in the third building. You can rent the extra bedroom in the extra building if requested.

What makes this property unique

The front porch is were you will sit for hours waiting for the local sea turtles to pop up out of the water just in front of the house. In the winter, you can watch the pod of humpback whales as they swim just in front of the house. Really they do! There is a rainbow almost every day.
