About this property

Perfect Poolhouse

Located in Linden off of Hwy 155 and Hwy 59 this is country living at its finest. The main house has been in our family for 50 years and the pool house for 30 years. We have a remodeled one bedroom one bathroom pool house complete with kitchen (full size refrigerator and microwave only) and a living area. The yard is 2 acres fenced in for your pets enjoyment. The main house is located within the city limits while the guest house is located outside but still has the comforts of WIFI and A/C , as well as a custom designed pool and beautiful pine tree back drop. The pool is located between the main house and the guest house and only available to booked guests. No other guests are allowed. Two dogs are welcome and up to 4 guests.
No cats please. Children must wear life jackets around the pool as it is not fenced in and 8 feet deep. In the evenings. You will see owls, raccoons, bats, skunks, hawks and sometimes deer. We hope to see you soon!

Perfect

This property was perfect for my husband and me while in town visiting my daughter and other family. The owners were super friendly and available for any of our needs. We basically just needed a place to sleep and we were able to slip in and out without disturbing anyone. Didn't get a chance to have a cup of coffee by the pool, but that backyard oasis was stunning!!!
