Prime location on the Point with views of Newport Harbor, across from Goat Island, walk to everything in town. The Point is known for its beautiful historic homes. This neighborhood is featured in the Secret Garden Tour of Newport. This unit is located on 2nd floor. The apartment is newly renovated, full bathroom, 1 bedroom with comfortable queen bed. The living room has a leather couch and 70 inch flat screen t.v., full kitchen with all amenities you need, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, full refrigerator with icemaker. The apartment is located close to everything: pharmacy, grocery store, restaurant, cafe, liquor store, shopping, etc. Come home to a quiet neighborhood without the congestion and noise of late night partiers.

Highly recommend this stay the pictures and listing online don’t do it justice! It’s very very roomy, massive television, hugh bathroom and kitchen. Everything was very clean, had strong AC and location was perfect so cute must stay here!

Very clean and wonderful setup. Close to the water and town. Everything around the house is beautiful and a perfect location to walk to downtown. Tim and Rose were very quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend!!

Convenient and relaxing

The location was great. It was easily walkable to shops/restaurants and to the transit center. We were able to use the free bus from the transit center to tour around the city and not get caught in traffic. The property was quiet and relaxing. Our stay was during very hot weather and the a/c worked great and kept us cool. Overall it was a great stay.
