This unit was not a true 2 bedroom, there was zero privacy. The 1st "bedroom" had no door to the kitchen/ living room, access to the bathroom from the rear bedroom was through the 1st bedroom. the refrigerator was not plugged in, the door was closed and it smelled awful. Nowhere was it listed as a 3 floor walk up or that is was an attic. The water pressure was poor, the bed in the rear bedroom was so high, I had to step onto the chair to get on the bed. When we arrived, it was brutally hot, it did cool down with the a/c's on but they were very loud. I truly feel that your description of this unit was deceptive. I have had 2 knee replacements with significant complications and never would have booked a 3rd story walk up, never mind having to climb on a chair to get onto the bed. This information would have clearly made it not an option for us. The location was perfect and parking was a plus.
