🚫 House Rules:
- Maximum Occupancy: 7 guests only. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction without refund.
- Parking: Limited to 3 vehicles, parked in the driveway. No street parking. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense.
- Pets: Allowed with a $25/night fee per pet. Guests must clean up after pets inside and outside of the property.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late checkouts must be approved by the host, additional fees may apply..
- Smoking/Drugs: No smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed on property. Violators may incur additional charges.
- Parties/Filming: No parties, events, or filming allowed. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Fireworks/Open Fires: Not permitted at any time.
- BBQ: Propane grill available for use. Charcoal and personal grills are prohibited.
- Trash: All trash must be taken to Clean Bear Sites:

- Eviction: Guests who engage in disruptive or unlawful behavior may be evicted without a refund and may also be subject to city-issued citations

As per Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you’ll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake’s "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’re also required to verify your identification. This process is done electronically, but you also have the option to visit our check-in office if preferred.
