We have been homeowners for 5 years, but this is our first year renting our home using VRBO. It was listed with Midgett until the end of 2025. We love our oceanside cottage and are happy to share our happy place with you. The beach, in my opinion, is perfection - low crowds, white sand, and usually a good breeze!
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is a quiet, dead-end street, and is home to full-time residents and rentals. You will find deer roaming the streets and hear the waves of the ocean.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because it is nestled in the trees, so although you are in a neighborhood, you have a little more privacy. You can see deer walk through our yard, hear birds singing, or watch the stars. We are close to the beach and have a great shaded outdoor space to use when you need to get out of the sun. In the late summer, you might be able to watch a turtle nest hatch on the beach.
