Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Frisco. This cozy coastal cottage has been completely renovated with lots of modern, comfortable amenities. The master suite features a king bed, queen bed plus full bed in second bedroom, and living room sofa bed for additional space. All mattresses are less than 2 years old, and both bedrooms boast their own window ac unit! The large bathroom offers a double vanity, large mirror, ample lighting, hair dryer and large tub/shower. The space is very comfortable and inviting, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re lounging outside on one of the two large, accommodating decks or planning your next adventure, this phenomenal spot offers a cozy retreat. It's the perfect space for a family! Enjoy all that Frisco has to offer when you stay with us!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to collect and remove all trash and put in outside trash can provided. All dishes should be washed clean and returned to cabinets; do not leave dishes in the dishwasher-clean or dirty.
Linens/towels are not provided, so please collect all of your used linens to take home with you. Please also be sure to clean out refrigerator-there should be nothing left in there when you leave.
Please do not move any of the furniture around. If for some reason you need to, please return it to its original location before your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My name is Becca, and my husband and I are both from Maryland. We have both been vacationing on Hatteras island since we were young kids, and in 2018 decided we wanted to try and find our own little "fishing post". Thankfully, we were blessed enough to find our little cottage in the heart of Frisco in January! We spent the first year and a half renovating and getting the house to where it is now. We couldn't be more thankful and are looking forward to sharing our home with you!

Why they chose this property

We love our quiet little neighborhood and beach. There aren't may rentals on the street, so it tends to stay quiet and peaceful year round. The beach is only a few houses away, and we enjoy being able to walk down whenever we like, even if only for a few minutes. We are both big into fishing, which is why we fell in love with Hatteras island in the first place :)

What makes this property unique

Our little cottage has been completely redone since we took ownership in 2018. With owning a small construction company in MD, we were really able to put our own personal touches on the property to make it a blend of modern finishes and coastal cottage charm. We still have more projects to do, (of course!), but just love the cozy feel of our little home.
