We came from North Carolina to spend Thanksgiving with family.The place was nice and clean And the host was very accommodating to some of the questions we had. Putting a small TV in the bedrooms would be nice. But really enjoyed our stay.,We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and easy to find. The beds didn’t look very comfortable, but we were pleasantly surprised, they were very comfortable! The only negative thing I could think about is that the washing machine was very noisy. Our overall experience was very pleasant, and if we would ever be in that vicinity again, we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It’s private, and the beds are super comfortable, the sheets are like butter, very comfortable. Property owners are top of the line awesome people! The only complaint I had was the access in the floor of the closet was just a pannel of wood laying on the floor joist it made me a little nervous, so we put the fan on it, other than that, the place was very clean and homie. It is part of a duplex, but the neighbors hardly made a sound.

We had an amazing stay at this Smithfield VRBO! The four of us were very comfortable for our 4-night stay, with two people per room. The rooms were spacious, and we loved having so many pillows (4 each!) on the comfy beds. It was great that there were extra blankets and sheets available, plus fans, dressers, and plenty of closet space.The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to re-useable *and* some disposable plates and cups. The coffee setup was a lifesaver, with coffee filters ready to go, Keurig cups, sugar, and creamer.The bathroom was well-stocked with plenty of towels, which was a huge plus. We also appreciated that the host didn't skimp on toilet paper – there were plenty of rolls, and good quality too! Having access to the washer and dryer with a laundry pod was super convenient.I also appreciated the minimal decor, which made it easier with our toddler. The host was always quick to respond to our questions, usually within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Overall Good Stay for the Value!

Stayed here for a long-weekend event at the RI Convention Center, a very short drive from this VRBO. Ample parking, easy lock-box access, and very clean home.The central AC doesn't really work, which caused some minor inconvenience, make sure that this is discussed with the host prior to booking. Host -- you gotta get the AC/HEAT working, thankfully our stay was during some mild weather temperature-wise, so it was not a major issue.Great bathroom/shower, ample towels and linens provided, and the living room area w/ couch TV was a nice way to relax.'Providence is an awesome city, and overall this is a fantastic VRBO for the value, thanks for the stay!
